If you would like the Weight Loss app to integrate with the Apple Health app in terms of weight and body fat percentage entries, please do the following: (iPhone/iPad with Premium subscription and app version 1.6.0+ required)
---------------------
# iOS13+ or iPadOS17+
(1) Open the Health app on your iPhone or iPad
(2) Tap the “Profile Pic” on the top right corner (*For iPads, tap "Profile" next to your profile picture)
(3) Tap "Apps" under "Privacy"
(4) Tap "Weight Loss”
(5) Tap "Turn All Categories On" / "Turn On All" (phrasing will differ depending on iOS version)
(6) Open the Weight Loss App
(7) Go to the Settings page and turn on "Apple Health (weight & body fat)."
*In order to turn on "Apple Health Integration (weight & body fat percentage)" in the Weight Loss app, there should be at least one Weight entry in the Apple Health app. If there are no entries yet in the Apple Health app, please record weight first via a scale that syncs with Apple Health. Once the entry from the scale is transferred to Apple Health, you will be able to turn on "Apple Health Integration (weight & body fat percentage)" in the Weight Loss app. (*if you turned on "Body Fat" settings in the Weight Loss app, there should be at least one body fat percentage entry in the Apple Health app as well.)
*If you DO NOT have a scale that syncs with Apple Health, you can find appropriate scales by tapping here.
