The email verification link doesn't work
In order to resolve this problem, please try the following, in this order:

In advance, we suggest you try these three steps:
1. Turn off private browsing mode in Safari
*We do not think that it will affect/solve your problem but it may be worth trying.

2. Quit and restart the Weight Loss app

3. Resend a verification email
*Verification emails expire after a certain amount of time, so if there is a possibility that it already expired, please resend the verification email by going to "Settings," then tapping "Data Backup," and then tapping "Email."
When you have done all of the above, please tap the link in the new verification email.
If none of the above worked for you, please try the following:
1. Log out of your current Weight Loss account and then log in to the same account again, then try sending a new verification email. Please check your email box and then try tapping the link in the email
2. Change your email address
In order to change your email address in the Weight Loss app, please go to "Settings," then tap "Data Backup," then tap "Email." After you change it, try sending a new verification email.
